Ingredients
2pounds lean ground beef
1 can tomato juice (46 fluid ounce)
1 can tomato sauce (29 ounce)
1.5cups chopped onion
0.5cup chopped celery
0.25cup chopped green bell pepper
0.25cup chili powder
2teaspoons ground cumin
1.5teaspoons garlic powder
1teaspoon salt
0.5teaspoon ground black pepper
0.5teaspoon dried oregano
0.5teaspoon white sugar
0.13teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
2cups canned red beans drained and rinsed

Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
